We aim to create a vibrant and engaged user community. Our initial user acquisition strategies include leveraging an existing network and offering the platform for free to tech for good projects. Referral programs, partnerships, content marketing, social media marketing, community events, and SEO are also part of our strategy. We believe in empowering and motivating our users through clear communication, providing tools and resources, recognizing and rewarding efforts, creating a community, and establishing a feedback mechanism

Tokens on Helpbuild

We have a system of tokens on Helpbuild that you can use to support projects and participate in various activities.
Here’s what you need to know about these tokens:

  1. Token Sales are Final:
    When you purchase tokens on Helpbuild, it’s a final sale. This means that you can’t get a refund for tokens once you’ve bought them.
  2. Tokens are Not Cash:
    Although you can use tokens like currency on our platform, they’re not the same as cash. You can’t exchange them for cash or get a cash reimbursement for them.
  3. Tokens Stay on the Platform:
    Tokens are meant to be used on Helpbuild and can’t be transferred directly to someone else outside of the platform.

  3. Managing Wallets:
    We’ll manage the wallets where your tokens are stored. We’ll make sure they’re secure and that all token transactions are processed correctly.
